NOTICE TO RE-SELLERS: City/State sales tax will be added to all purchases – If you have a Re-Sale License you will need to complete a Form 5000. We will need to check the validity of your license # which we aren’t able to do during the sale, so it won’t be valid on the day of your visit. But, once it is received and verified we will keep a copy on file for all of your subsequent 2014 visits.
You may also email us a copy of your resale license prior to the sale date: info@lythcoop.net - This will ensure that your purchase will be tax free on the day of the sale.

All items are sold "AS IS"/"WHERE IS". No refunds, returns, exchanges or merchandise guarantees.
ALL items MUST be picked up by 3pm on Saturday.
Please bring your own help to load large items as our staff will no longer move items for you. This is to prevent damage to the item (as there are no returns) and to prevent damage to your vehicle (liability risk)

Sun City Estate Sale; brought to you by Lythcoop Estate Liquidators 2 DAYS ONLY, April 18th 8:00 to 3:00, Saturday 19th 8:00am to 3:00 pm Address will be published on Thursday April 17.
This sale is for 2 Days only - and will include golf clubs, ping drivers, furniture, a Lowrey organ and believe it or not more DeGrazia’s! There will also be plenty of miscellaneous things such as clothes and dishes etc. Fenton, RC Gorman, Vintage Items.....hope to see everyone there!
