Memory Lane Estate Sale starts Wed Mar 25th

Hi Everyone - Our next sale is Wed-Friday, March 25th-27th at 15821 North Lakeforest Drive in Sun City. It's a very nice home (it sold in 1 day at asking price), filled with newer, very tasteful name-brand furniture & decor, as well as everyday basic necessities. We're open from 8am-2pm.

The sale is near 99th & Burns (south of Bell and north of Greenway). You'll find our blue & white road signs at the following intersections to get you to the sale: 99th & Bell; 99th & Burns; 99th & Greenway; and at Burns & Lakeforest. If you're using a GPS, make sure you enter "Lakeforest" as 1 word because Lake Forest Drive is a different street. We will have the sign in the driveway by 6:30am, and we'll have the rest of the signs out by 6:45am. Directions are at the bottom of the page.

Here's what we've found for you:

NOTEWORTHY ITEMS:

• 2010 Columbia 48v electric golf cart with a built-in charger.
• Battery Minder #48021, 48v, 2amp for electric vehicles.
• 57" Mitsubishi flatscreen HDTV. It's positioned perfectly into a nice Stone Creek entertainment/media cabinet, so we haven't been able to find out the year of the TV yet.
• 31" LG HDTV made in 2007.
• Set of Calloway men's golf clubs and some ladies' Ping drivers.
• GE deep freezer.
• Dyson vacuum DC14.
• CharBroil "Commercial Series" gas grill with one side burner and lots of grilling accessories.
• "Homesafe" gun storage cabinet with lock (not a safe though).
• Nice, newer furniture by Stone Creek and La-Z-Boy.
• Some estate jewelry (two pair of 14k gold hoop earrings and a 14k chain), some sterling and costume jewelry.  Gold & sterling will be off-site until Wednesday morning.

• Really nice linens, including a nice comforter for each bed. Ralph Lauren tablecloths and napkins (new in packaging) in off-whites and cream. There's also some antique hand-made crochet linens.
• Crystal and china servingware. Christopher Stuart Y0054 "Diamond Optic" service for 12 w/ serving pieces. "The Patriots Bowl" by Lenox. Lots and lots of glasses, wine glasses, cordials, lowballs, etc.
