Memory Lane Estate Sale

OUR NEXT SALE:

This week's sale is Wed-Friday, April 29th-May 1st from 8am to 2pm. The address is 10901 West Brookside Drive in Sun City, near Bell & Del Webb.

Here's what we found for you so far: 

NOTEWORTHY ITEMS:

•  Vintage Halston IV red dress, 2 J. Peterman denim jackets, 2 Coach handbags.
• Late 1800's F. Marti French clock (needs repair).
• Great kitchen stuff. 

FURNITURE:

• Drexel Heritage dining room table w/ 4 chairs and 2 leaves. Serial numbers on chairs.
• Drexel Heritage hutch with light.
• Dinette w/ 4 chairs on castors, 1 leaf and pads.
• ​Queen-size Simmons mattress & spring.
• Oak Queen-size headboard & 2 nightstands. Coordinating 3-drawer nightstand. 
• Harden solid cherry gateleg corner drop-side table, blue hand-painted side table, 2 vintage leather-top mahogany nightstands and other end tables.
• Granite-top coffee table and a cherry double drop-side coffee table. 
• Vintage white metal/wrought iron patio furniture. 2 large swivel rockers, 4 swivel rockers, end tables. 
• An off-white sofa, a SW-style sofa, and a nice swivel chair in light green brocade.
• ​Large 3-piece corner desk. 

MISCELLANEOUS:

• 6'X4' woven tapestry with hanging rod. Really pretty!
• ​Babylock serger/sewing machine #BL3-416 and a Kenmore #158 portable sewing machine.  Sewing notions, patterns, yarn, cutting board, and lots of embroidery supplies too.
• Stamps, beads, and scrapbooking and jewelry-making supplies. 
• Lots of nice kitchenware, including a "like-new" set of pots & pans from JC Penney, Cuisinart microwave oven, like-new Cooks toaster oven, Sassafras Superstone Covered Baker, Le Creuset cast iron enamel covered casserole, Gevalia 12-cup coffee pot, Krups large scale, Chef's Choice Knife Sharpener, French food mill, and Sunbeam Electronic Food Preparation Center.
• Pretty china, teacups, crystal, and ceramics: Noritake "Raindance" for 8 (with many serving pieces), Royal Albert, Hamilton, Wedgwood, Nymolle Art Faience Denmark demitasse expresso set, Pigeon Forge TN pottery, etc. 
• Ladies clothing, shoes, and purses (including a Coach handbag). Hand-crafted beaded jewelry too. 
• A collection of bird figurines in glass, ceramic, clay, porcelain, etc.

• Christmas, nice Tupperware, Cleaning supplies and spray paint. 
• Yard tools: Echo chainsaw, 3 Black & Decker hedge trimmers, 2 leaf blowers, and small hand tools.
• Black & Decker skil saw and a few miscellaneous tools.
• 2 ATV XL covers.
• Bissell Cleanview II Wide Bagless vacuum.
• Dirt Devil Plus XF vacuum. ​

PATIO

• Patio bench with mosaic top.

• Patio furniture listed above is in OK condition and needs a fresh coat of paint. Priced accordingly.

DIRECTIONS FROM BELL & DEL WEBB: Go south on Del Webb for .5 mile. Turn right (west) onto Brookside. We're .4 mile down on the left at 10901 W. Brookside Drive.
