Memory Lane Estate Sale starts Wed June 24

This week's sale is Wed-Friday, June 24th-26th at 10309 W. Cheryl Drive in Sun City. We're open 8am-2pm on Wed/Thurs and 8am-noon on Friday. Everything in the house will be 50% off the original marked price on Thursday and Friday!!

The homeowners were in their 90's, so there's quite a bit of old interesting stuff that you  don't find at a lot of our sales.

And since it's so hot, we're pricing things TO SELL so we can get blow this thing out asap! 

NOTEWORTHY ITEMS:

Insignia 19" white flatscreen TV w/ remote.

DIRECTIONS FROM 99th and BELL: Go south on Bell Road for almost 4 miles. Turn right onto Peoria Avenue and drive west for .5 mile. Turn left onto 103rd Ave and drive south for .5 mile. Turn right onto Cheryl Drive. We're on the left at 10309 W. Cheryl Dr.

As always, we don't  allow "pre-sales" or previews, so everything listed in this ad will be available for sale at 8am the first day of the sale. From there on out, it's first-come/first-serve so try to get to the sale as early as possible if you have your heart set on something.
