• 8.6% sales tax. Cash and credit/debit accepted. No pre-buys.
• Please bring help to load large items. We are not able to provide staff for heavy lifting and loading of furniture.
• All sales final and all items are AS IS WHERE IS – no refunds or returns.
• Do not block driveways. Be courteous of other shoppers and neighbors.

Our services are considered 'essential services' at this time. The health and well-being of our clients, staff, and customers is of utmost importance. In light of Coronavirus (COVID-19), as a matter of civic responsibility and to protect our customers who are deemed high risk by the CDC, we are implementing the following:

1. Please do not come to the estate sale if you are sick.
2. Please come prepared with your choice of preventive equipment such as masks, sanitizer, tissues, etc. *Please note: Per city ordinance, face masks ARE required! We will supply a face mask if needed.
3. We will be asking you to work with us in managing flow and number of people in one place at one time. We will be adhering to a strict limit of ten people (including staff) in one place at one time. Thank you for your cooperation!
4. Please maintain a distance of at least six feet from staff and other customers.
5. Please do not arrive at the estate sale site early. Please wait in your car if you need to.
6. Please give yourself extra time in the event it is necessary for us to ask you to wait to go inside in order to avoid coming too close to other customers.

Caring Transitions of North Phoenix presents our SC Estate Sale!

Per city ordinance, face masks ARE required! We will supply hand sanitizer and a face mask if needed. We will be limiting the number of people to 10 at a time. We will provide numbers so you can wait in your car if needed.
