If you choose to move items yourself please bring help to load heavy items. We are not responsible for Accidents on or around the property.
Terms of Service:
-Items sold are AS-IS and priced based upon the current market and condition of the item. We do test most electrical items, lamps, stereos etc. however if the item is fragile due to age no test will be provided.
-Measurements and additional photos can be requested if necessary with online only auctions.
-Local delivery available within 10 miles of actual sale. Free Delivery with purchases of $400 or more going to one location within 10 miles of sale. Additional fee for delivery is available if purchase requirement is not met. Delivery is to Front Door or Garage ONLY.
