ESTATE SALE by GAYLE

Hi Everyone…..first let me apologize up front that this sale is by appointment only and will have some rules.  The HOA will not allow an estate sale.  We will do our very best to accommodate everyone.

**You must contact Gayle via text (623) 261-2828 or respond thru estate sales.net email.  I will personally schedule your appointment and provide the address.

**It is important that we control the amount of cars in the neighborhood.  If you have an 8:00 appointment you will have access to the house from 8:00 to 9:00.  If you are late and show up at 9:00 or 9:15 you will not be let in at that time as the next group of people will have arrived.

**We will schedule 10 people every hour from 8:00 AM thru 3:00 PM.

**Your name must be on the list with the appropriate time to enter the sale.

**There will be NO SIGNING.  I will provide directions but GPS systems will get you there easily.  If by chance you get lost, text me and I will get you to the house.

**And now the most important part.  This is a very nice sale.  Nothing but quality, beautiful furniture, artwork, sculptures, home décor and pricing is very good.  It will be worth the inconvenience.

***Pricing will be very fair and will remain the same all 3 days of the sale.  This will make it fair for everyone that comes.
