TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) PICK UP DATES/TIMES/LOCATION will be emailed with winning invoice.

2) LOCAL PICK-UP ... Due to limited warehouse space - All items that are sold must be picked up by buyers during the pick-up window. Failure to pick up items or contact us with alternatives will automatically result in items being forfeited with no refund or credit.

3) All buyers are responsible for disassembling and removing items they purchase, so please bring tools, packing materials, boxes and manpower if applicable.

4) Shipping is available on select items.

5) An 18% Buyers premium will apply to all purchases.

6) All sales are final. Bidders may not retract their bid.

7) Applicable Sales Tax applies to in-state purchases, unless a valid resale license is on file with us. No tax will be charged on currency or bullion.

8) All weights and measurements are approximate. Stones/Gems are not guaranteed.

9) Lots will begin to close in order and will close EVERY 30 SECONDS until the auction is completed. This auction will feature extended bidding, meaning that if a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes, the bidding will be extended an additional 60 seconds to ensure that all bidders have time to place their bids.

10) All items are being sold in AS-IS where-Is condition.

11) All Sales are Final. No Refunds or Exchanges.

12) All payments will be made to Lythcoop Estate Liquidators LLC at the close of the auction, via credit card on file. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please remember to place the correct credit card on file, the credit card you register with will be the credit card used for payment.

13) Buyer(s) specifically waive the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card.

14) Your credit card will be validated, meaning a "hold" will be place on your credit card for $1.00 then reversed within 24 hours. This is to help ensure that all bidders are bidding with a valid credit card.

15) Unpaid or declined invoices will be continually charged until paid and may be charged at a lesser denomination until paid.

16) Failure to pay invoice will result in being permanently blocked from participating in future auctions.
