This is a private sale so no sales tax will be charged. We accept cash and all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) with photo ID. A 3% transaction fee will be added to all credit card transactions. No checks will be accepted.
All items are sold "AS IS". No returns, exchanges, or merchandise guarantees. Please make sure to inspect your purchases and check measurements before you purchase. You are welcome to plug in electronics to ensure they work before buying.
We have a limited supply of boxes, bags, and packing material. Please bring help to load large items. Furniture must be removed by 1:00 p.m. the last day of the sale.
Video cameras will be in use. Please leave all jackets and bags in your car or they may be subject to search. We apologize for the need for these security measures but there are a few bad apples out there.
Please respect the home and the property. Please do not block any driveways. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
While we love animals, this is not the proper venue for them so please leave your furry friends at home.
Any items that are still available on the second and third days of the sale will be subject to discounts.
