MUST READ Gate Code #1520 to enter community is available for use ONLY between the hours of 7am - 2pm 

Attention Summers Hours: In an effort to "beat the heat" we will start at 7am beginning in the month of May.

Address will be released Friday at 5am. Closest cross streets are available days in advance so if you choose to wait in a parking lot nearby you can do so. 

This is a gated community. A gate code will be provided morning of sale that will only work between 7am-2pm. A Grasons crew member will hand out numbers at 6:30am on Friday OUTSIDE the gate closest to Stone.

**DO NOT wait at the house door for a number. They will be handed out outside the gate off Stone only

There is limited parking inside neighborhood and no street parking allowed. Please plan to walk into the neighborhood if need be (through pedestrian gate).

If you need to drive up to the house to load items you have purchased, that can be arranged. (through pedestrian gate off of Stone).
