All sales are final, no returns. All items sold as is, please check your electronics before purchasing. No guarantees or warranties. We accept cash and credit/debit cards but no checks. Photo ID will be required on card purchases OVER $100. IF you bring your own “sold” labels into our sales keep in mind that if the label goes on an item you must purchase it or you will not be allowed to purchase anything else. Please bring your own bags and boxes as well as wrap for items. Please bring your own help to move and load boxes and furniture. Grasons Co of Southern Az and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents that may occur in or around the home. We do collect sales tax as we are a licensed business in the State of Arizona.

**Items are available for pre-sale. Deadline to purchase before on site sale is Wednesday August 12th at 6pm! If you are interested in purchasing something before the on-site sale, please contact Joe at (520)328-4386. Have the photo number and description ready. Once your emailed invoice has been paid we will mark your item sold online and onsite and we will arrange for pick up.
