All sales are final, no returns. All items sold as is, please check your electronics before purchasing. No guarantees or warranties. We accept cash and credit/debit cards but no checks. Photo ID will be required on card purchases OVER $100. IF you bring your own “sold” labels into our sales keep in mind that if the label goes on an item you must purchase it or you will not be allowed to purchase anything else. Please bring your own bags and boxes as well as wrap for items. Please bring your own help to move and load boxes and furniture. Grasons Co of Southern Az and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents that may occur in or around the home. We do collect sales tax as we are a licensed business in the State of Arizona.
Effective 2023: We will no longer accept credit cards for Purchases Under $5. If you wish to make a credit/card purchase for under $5 an Additional service charge of $1 will be accessed.

Cross Streets: 22nd St/Harrison Rd

Address will be released Sept 16th at 5am. Closest cross streets are available days in advance so if you choose to wait in a parking lot nearby you can do so. You may place a "marker" but you must stay on or near property. A Grasons representative will arrive at 6:30am to begin sign up. Each person may get up to two numbers. Once you receive your number you may leave the line and go back to your car or down the street or wherever you like. Please line up so we can let people in beginning at 7am
