Photo ID will be required on card purchases OVER $100. IF you bring your own “sold” labels into our sales keep in mind that if the label goes on an item you must purchase it or you will not be allowed to purchase anything else. Please bring your own bags and boxes as well as wrap for items. Please bring your own help to move and load boxes and furniture. Grasons Co of Southern Az and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents that may occur in or around the home. We do collect sales tax as we are a licensed business in the State of Arizona.

On Saturday, the first day of the sale, numbers will be handed out at 7:30 am, limit of two numbers per person. We will allow customers inside, in numerical order, beginning at 8am
