Please bring your own bags and boxes when possible. We request that you wear a mask if at all possible and adhere to social distancing guidelines. We do not have bathrooms available for customers but we will have a handwashing station available as well as hand sanitizer and all employees will be wearing masks. 

All sales are final, no returns. All items sold as is, please check your electronics before purchasing. No guarantees or warranties. We accept cash and credit/debit cards but no checks. Photo ID will be required on card purchases OVER $100. IF you bring your own “sold” labels into our sales keep in mind that if the label goes on an item you must purchase it or you will not be allowed to purchase anything else. Please bring your own bags and boxes as well as wrap for items. Please bring your own help to move and load boxes and furniture. Grasons Co of Southern Az and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents that may occur in or around the home. We do collect sales tax as we are a licensed business in the State of Arizona. Due to liability issues, restrooms will no longer be available for public use at our sales.
