All sales are final, no returns. All items sold as is, please check your electronics before purchasing. No guarantees or warranties. We accept cash and credit/debit cards but no checks. Photo ID will be required on card purchases OVER $100. IF you bring your own “sold” labels into our sales keep in mind that if the label goes on an item you must purchase it or you will not be allowed to purchase anything else. Please bring your own bags and boxes as well as wrap for items. Please bring your own help to move and load boxes and furniture. Grasons Co of Southern Az and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents that may occur in or around the home. We do collect sales tax as we are a licensed business in the State of Arizona.
Effective 2023: We will no longer accept credit cards for Purchases Under $5. If you wish to make a credit/card purchase for under $5 an Additional service charge of $1 will be accessed.

Friday 21st -Sunday 23rd sale starts at 8am each day. Stay tuned next week for more details and updated photos as there will be more items brought in for week two.

Due to the volume of treasures, size of the space and the need for a safe and secure shopping experience- we will be doing a call ahead number system (with a few waiting list spots). There will be a limit on the number of shoppers allowed inside at the same time.

Sign ups starting Tues February 11th. We will be taking reservations for Friday February 14th and Saturday February 15th only.

You MUST call in and either speak in person or leave a message with your first and last name between the hours of 10am and 5 pm. The only number taking these calls is (520) 900-2057.

IF you call before 10am or after 5pm (according to phone time stamp) your name will NOT be put on the list. You may put your name and one other person (maximum of 2 people) on the list for 1 hour block only.

If you are late for your time or you do not show up someone else will be let in instead.

If you arrive late for your time you do not get to go in and spend the full hour.

***IF you call and leave a message trying to ask pricing, information about items, names, details, sizes, buyouts etc your message will be deleted.

As all our sales say, we do not give out pricing or any other information prior to the sale!!

*** Shopping bags, large purses, backpacks etc will not be allowed inside. Open top boxes/bins/baskets are okay.

***Please bring bags, boxes and packing materials and leave in the car until you are paid and picking up items from hold area.
