With the number of items in homes and sales we conduct weekly we are unable to answer any calls, emails, texts regarding pricing, dimensions, condition, purchasing items before the sale, pre-sale buy-outs, availability, etc. Thanks for your understanding.

Because of the sheer volume of estate sales we manage on a weekly basis, we have a unique rule for this event Only: absolutely nothing is priced. You come in, dig through the treasures, create your own bundle, and make us a reasonable offer.Sale Details
- When: Saturday, September 12, 2026
- Time: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Location: Orange Grove Road & Shannon Road, Tucson, AZ (Exact address released at 4:00 AM on September 12)
- Format: Picker Sale (No pre-pricing, bundle & offer style)
- Payment Options: Cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards accepted. Grasons is a licensed business in the State of Arizona; applicable sales tax will be charged at checkout.
Line & Entry Policy (Please Read)
- Official Numbers: We hand out entry numbers half an hour before the sale starts (6:30 AM).
- Markers: Many customers ask about placeholders or markers. While we do not police, supervise, or manage client-placed markers, we have no issue with customers using them. Marker management is strictly between the customers waiting in line.
- Line Presence: You must be physically standing by your marker when numbers are handed out at 6:30 AM. If you are not present, we will immediately move past you to the next person standing in line.
- Liability: Enter the premises at your own risk.
Important Notice for Attending Pickers
- No Pre-Pricing: Every single item is unpriced. Be prepared to bundle items together and make a reasonable offer at checkout.
- No Inventory Support: Due to our high volume of weekly liquidations, we are strictly unable to provide any additional information prior to or during the sale regarding item dimensions, specific item availability, or pricing structures. Everything is first-come, first-served.
- All Sales Final: All items are preowned, and many are vintage. There are no guarantees, no warranties, no refunds, and no returns. Please thoroughly check and test all items before purchasing. All sales are strictly final
