Major cross streets are Irvington and Houghton. Follow the signs to the sale. Please don't block neighbors' driveways. There is some community parking near the home but if it is full please park down the street and walk the short distance to the home.

All sales are final, no returns. All items sold as is, please check your electronics before purchasing. No guarantees or warranties. We accept cash and credit/debit cards but no checks. Photo ID will be required on card purchases OVER $100. IF you bring your own “sold” labels into our sales keep in mind that if the label goes on an item you must purchase it or you will not be allowed to purchase anything else. Please bring your own bags and boxes as well as wrap for items. Please bring your own help to move and load boxes and furniture. Grasons Co of Southern Az and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents that may occur in or around the home. We do collect sales tax as we are a licensed business in the State of Arizona. Grasons does NOT provide public restrooms for customers so please plan accordingly.
