We are offering all customers 70% off most items this Sunday, June 29th!! We prefer Cash, but accept all major Debit/Credit cards and Zelle, but we do not accept checks. We do not allow early birds before 7 am. We have heavy items such as antique furniture, furniture, and a large master bed and matching dresser. Please bring help to load large items such as these. If you need a mover, we have a name of a good mover that we can give you. All items must be carried out of the house by Sunday afternoon unless other arrangements are made for bringing in a mover at a slightly later date to the property. Please shop at your own risk. This may be a crowded venue at times and although we will limit the number of people at any one time inside the house to around 40-45 and have made the pathways reasonably accessible, we are not responsible for accidents that may occur inside the house or property. All sales of items are final, no refunds. except if we say maybe that we tested an item and the item does not turn on maybe. Items are sold "as is", please test all electronic items.

We have boxes that you can use just outside the house, but these may run out on Saturday maybe. However, there are many boxes with paper and bubble wrap that you can use under the tables for China and Wine Glasses, Pottery and other Delicate Items that you can use to box and pack items, but these also may run out before the end of Saturday maybe. You may want to bring your own packing box and packing materials.

Numbers will be given out to customers starting at 6:30 a.m. on both days with a maximum of two numbers per person. Please be courteous to all neighbors and not park in front of driveways. No large handbags are allowed inside the house. Because we are a private sale and are not in business, by law there is NO SALES TAX!

We are offering 70% off most items this Sunday!! This is a little bit of a rare occasion for estate sales in Tucson!!

Where hopefully now our prices (which were right in line before with most estate sales in Tucson, but could occasionally be a little high to some people looking for very good prices ) will start to maybe look REALLY GOOD to Everyone!! We ran Full Price on Saturday and only 30% off on Sunday last weekend, and 50% off this Saturday and the 50% off thing was good for everybody! NO SALES TAX!

Of the 5,100 items in this estate sale, we gave away about 200 items to Goodwill, but also found about 200 more items hidden for the estate sale in the last several days :) and we sold a little over 700-800 items last weekend. We sold about 500 items this Saturday maybe. We may run one more estate sale in early November, but no more estate sales until that time most likely or maybe.

Anyone who maybe attended last weekend knows that we were a little bit disorganized, but we learned from that and now we have cleared that up and it is going well.

Any eBay flippers out there (we don't have the time and energy to do what what we would like to maybe on eBay. The commission fees are high and it is just a lot of work ) can stand to make a LOT OF PROFIT from these LOW prices on Quality items this weekend!!

In the photos, we have filled all the spaces of items that sold with NEW ITEMS that we didn't have room to display last week (we still have an overflow and not enough room in the house! This is still a packed house! )

We apologize where you can maybe see prices in the photos, but there really wasn't much we could do about that and ALL PRICES ARE GUARANTEED from the photos and will not change between now and Saturday and Sunday (we do not operate that way, it would be unethical ) with the caveat being that there are a few major items that will have a final estate sale price on Saturday and Sunday.
