Please do not park in front of neighboring driveways or mailboxes. Please bring help to load large furniture items (we are able to help you load smaller items ). We have some paper and we have boxes for shopping, but if you purchase a lot of glassware or china you may want to bring your own bubble wrap or paper. Please enter at your own risk. We are not responsible for any accidents that may occur, although this is a safe home. We are located in Rita Ranch, which is only maybe 5 minutes from the I-10 /Rita road exit. If you're coming more from Central or East Tucson, we're just 7 minutes from Kolb & Valencia. If you're coming from maybe Sabino Canyon or far East Tucson, we're only 4 minutes from Houghton & Valencia. There is No Sales Tax!

Cash is preferred, but you may also pay with debit/ credit cards. We apologize that we do not accept any other form of payment. Numbers will be given out at 7:30 a.m., if needed, on both Friday and Saturday, maximum of two numbers per person.

We recently took an inventory count of all of our items and a conservative, accurate count was 3,230, give or take 20 or 30. The items that were in sets, which were around maybe 25 to 30 having between 2 and 40 items, were counted as just one item. There is no, one large category maybe skewing this number, either. Snowbirds who have recently come back to Tucson: Welcome! We hope to make our estate sale an enjoyable experience for you. We have a lot of really nice items....a lot of useful household goods that you can use in your new place! :)
