Photo ID will be required on card purchases OVER $100. IF you bring your own “sold” labels into our sales keep in mind that if the label goes on an item you must purchase it or you will not be allowed to purchase anything else. Please bring your own bags and boxes as well as wrap for items. Please bring your own help to move and load boxes and furniture. Grasons Co of Southern Az and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents that may occur in or around the home. We do collect sales tax as we are a licensed business in the State of Arizona.

Address will go out at 5 am on first day of sale. Closest cross streets are available days in advance so if you choose to wait in a parking lot nearby you can do so. Once you arrive at the property, you MUST stand in line. First come first served. We will no longer be honoring markers. Our employee will arrive at 6AM to give out numbers. Each person may get up to two numbers. Once you receive your number you may leave the line and go back to your car or down the street or wherever you like. Please line up again at 6:45 so we can let people in beginning at 7am.
