Terms and Conditions for Estate Sale

1. Eligibility:
- The estate sale is open to all customers, subject to availability of items.
2. Sale Duration:
- The sale will begin on announced, pre-determined start date and end on announced, pre-determined end date. All purchases must be completed within this period.
3. Product Availability:
- Entry List will be created virtually. Please message (714) 657-6201 to be placed on the entry list. Customers desiring early access will be provided a number # and placement on entry list. Customers absent when called upon will forfeit their placement to the next available customer #.
- We DO NOT offer item presales or pricing before our sales.
4. Pricing:
- All sale items are offered at discounted prices as marked. Prices are non-negotiable and additional discounts or promotions are subject to the company's approval.
5. Returns and Exchanges:
- All sales are final. Items are sold “AS IS WHERE IS”. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted on items purchased during or after the clear-out sale.
6. Payment Methods:
- We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, and Amex with a 5% CC charge applied. We also accept Zelle, Venmo, and/or cash payments. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. If a deposit has been left via online purchase, the remaining balance is always due upon pick up of the held item(s).
7. Warranty and Liability:
- Items are sold "as-is, where-is” with no warranties or guarantees. SoCal Home Clear Outs is not responsible for any defects or issues with the products.
8. Collection and Delivery:
- Customers are responsible for the collection of purchased items. Customers are responsible to bring their own help to retrieve bulky items and must utitlize their own means of transport for such items (e.g., truck, trailer, etc.). Delivery services are available upon request and may incur additional charges.
9. Modification of Terms:
- SoCal Home Clear Outs reserves the right to modify or terminate the sale and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
