  Our crew's concentrated efforts have been called upon to reveal over 50 years of collectibles; tools in multiple sections of the property (contractor in the family!); audio/electronics & records; books; racks & closets full of vintage clothing, hats & shoes; ephemera & souvenir smalls; vintage small appliances new-in-box; oddities; vintage toys; bar & kitchen wares; linens; retro & antique furnishings; lighting & wall art in various eras & styles; sewing machine, patterns & notions; antique furniture; French door fridge; Maytag Neptune washer/dryer set- even two vintage vehicles!

  Goods are evenly arranged across the large lot, in garage & covered patio, and yard- along with rows of tabled household goods. The craftsman house and basement are fully stocked as well. Tune in daily to view added photos; if they don't inspire "must-see" attendance, nothing will!

  Due to sheer abundance of goods over multiple levels and conditions, we ask shoppers with small children to leave them at home for this event. Large, heavy or bulky items MUST be moved by purchasers supplied with proper tools/help for safe transfer to their vehicles. No exceptions; we appreciate your cooperation. We do not quote prices via email or phone- no sales before public days of sale.

  Sale days are Friday through Sunday, September 20th-22nd. Hours are 9:00-2:00 on Friday & Sunday- 3:00 closing time on Saturday.
