Here are some simple rules below to keep everyone safe and insure a positive experience for all:
We suggest you bring cash .
Venmo or Zelle transactions will include a 3 % fee.Thank you for your understanding .
We love pets, but cannot have pets inside the home. If you are out walking your dog, and see our sign , you can leave doggie outside with a friend or tied up. We will have water out for the dogs. The owners are requesting that before entering the home you either remove your shoes or cover your shoes with the cover we have provided for you. This will ensure keeping the home pristine and clean. We thank you for your understanding.
We collect California sales tax unless you have a valid sellers permit number.
Parking is on street only. Please do not block any of our neighbors driveways.
PLEASE NOTE : This beautiful home is in the “ burn zone”
of northern Altadena. Everything is cleaned up and under repair in the area, but be advised, there are many workers trucks along the streets and you may have to walk a short distance to get to the house in regards to parking. Also, because so many neighbors lost their homes during the fire. the owners have requested we allow pre-sales for their closest neighbors. The Tiffany style lamp and The Marionettes are no longer available. If you have any items in particular, you are interested in please feel free to text us at 310-650-2160.
