-No large backpacks, totes or large bags or boxes.
-Sale starts at 9am, handing out numbers at 8 am. If you want to drop a place setting, take a picture and have a time stamp to make sure your place in line is accurate.
-Cash, Venmo accepted. No credit cards or checks.
-All items are sold “as is” no refunds. Sales are final.
-Please don’t block driveways or loading area.
We collect sales tax unless you have a valid resale certificate. For larger items/furniture please bring help. Delivery service may be available for $150.
On high demand items we reserve the right to accept in person offers so everyone has a fair chance of purchasing the item.

Welcome to another great estate sale from Stage Right Estate Sales! This is a great pickers estate sale, where a lot of boxes have been put on the ground for people to dig through. A lot of items in garage have not been priced, we are giving bundle deals. We have:
Plants (A LOT), kitchenware, dining sets, fridges, living room appliances, tools, clothing (A LOT), outdoor sets, fashion jewelry, knick knacks, decorative pieces, etc.
