• Prices are set by sale management and generally 20% - 60% of original retail price/market value. Higher end and specialty items have been extensively researched and priced at the lower end of average appraised value.
• Accepted forms of payment include: cash, all major credit/debit cards, Venmo, cashapp and Apple Pay. No checks.

• Estate sale takes place on private property. Sale management and property owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property.
• Children must be supervised at all times.

PURCHASE & REMOVAL
• Buyer is responsible for all items purchased and the removal of the items.
• Please bring appropriate tools and/or assistance if needed, if planning on purchasing large amounts that you will need help with.
• Purchased Items must be removed by the end of the sale day unless prior arrangements are made.
• Damage to property caused during removal is the responsibility of the buyer.

• Items may be removed from or added to the sale at any time prior to purchase.
• Descriptions and authenticity are based on extensive research using multiple resources, various experts and based off of actual sold amounts, not just “wishful thinking” list prices.
