Dining Set and Bedroom Set are Available for Immediate Purchase.

For Large, Better Quality, Fragile Items or Collections which are available prior to the Public Estate Sale: Offers or Bids WILL be taken prior to the first day of the public sale and if they are accepted the item(s) will be sold and removed from the sale. They will be marked sold and the photos will show this.

Sold Items must be picked up no later than one hour prior to the end of sale day. We do NOT handle shipping, moving or storage of any items!

FOR THE PUBLIC SALE:
As always REMEMBER: You are entering a private home at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents while you are on the premises. You must be able to walk up stairs, hills, inclines, over rough pavement, on uneven flooring etc. on your own or bring your own appropriate assistance. Children of any age must be accompanied by a responsible adult!

If you have verifiable mobility or other issues that will affect your ability to enter the home, the online photos show the majority of offerings in the sale. In these circumstances only, if you have specific questions about items that are listed but not displayed in photos you may ask questions by email and we will do our best to provide photos or better descriptions of those specific items and you will generally receive a response within 24-48 hours.

Ten (10)  Piece Dining Set Available For Immediate Purchase (Taking Offers): 

Family lore regarding the dining set claims it was purchased in the 1930's from a purported mafioso figure who needed cash before fleeing the country. True or not, it makes a great story! 

1930's Era Dining Table, considered to be Depression Era Furniture. This set is a particularly Exceptional example of the time period, with added embellishments such as a Lion Crest Panels on the Sideboard, Tall Hutch and Shorter Cabinet. The Captain's Chairs have the Lion Crest Design painted onto the backs of them while the side chairs have the same lovely red upholstery.  There are gilt and silvered embellishments on the unique carved portions of all the pieces which adds to the beauty and shows what a quality set this is! Table comes with One Leaf and Six (6) Chairs with Red Upholstery Captain's Chairs which bear lion Crest. Included with set are the Matching Sideboard, Matching Tall Cabinet, Matching Short Cabinet.
