Facebook Live Apple Valley Estate Sale by Grasons Co Estate Specialists

THIS SALE WILL TAKE PLACE VIA FACEBOOK LIVE. The sale will start at 9:00 am on August 12th, 2020. 

We will walk through the house and showcase the items that are for sale. Each item or group of items will be given a lot number and a price. The first person to comment on the live feed the lot # sold and $ will be the winner. For example: Lot 27 Sold $50. You will then private (direct) message us your email and we will send you an invoice. Once your invoice is paid we will schedule curbside pick up for you and release the address to you. Curbside pick up is in Apple Valley. You must wear a mask during pick up.

All Sales are Final, No Returns. All items sold as is and with no guarantees or warranties. Cash/ credit-debit cards for purchases over $50.00 only. Sorry, no checks will be accepted. Please bring your own bags/boxes to pack your items. No large purses will be allowed in the home - we have shopping baskets for your convenience. Please bring help to load large items. Grasons Co Estate Specialists and the home owner are not responsible for accidents in or around the home. We charge sales tax. All items must be removed at the close of sale. Sign in sheet will be posted one hour before start of sale on first day only.
