* Buyers are responsible for removing purchased items. Assistance with moving or loading large/heavy items is not guaranteed.
* Enter at your own risk. The estate, property owners, and sale organizers are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property that may occur while attending or participating in the sale.

* No early sales or early entry unless specifically announced by the sale organizers.
