To restate: Please do not be put off by the appearance of the mobile home park. The late owner had a serious long term illness that required exorbitantly high medical expenses. He wanted to keep his living expenses to a minimum.
Cash and credit cards accepted. No checks! All sales are final! This is a private sale-Owners will not help load cars. Bring your own packing and boxes. Special note on parking in “driving directions”. There will be a sign-up sheet one hour prior to the sale for numbered entry.
