Estate Sale

Thank you for your interest in attending our estate sale! We accept cash only- no apps, checks or credit cards accepted. No presale or early bird shoppers. We do not offer, nor do we use a list created by customers for entry to this sale. It is first come, first serve. All items sold AS IS and there are NO returns or exchange so make sure you inspect all of your purchases closely. Remember these are used or antique/collectible items and perfect condition is nearly impossible. Please note, if an item has been removed by the family after the sale has been posted we apologize, but the family does have this privilege.

Not liable for any accidents *** We strongly discourage small children and mobility challenged shoppers due to uneven home and yard levels and water features **** No Pets Or Smoking **** If you do bring your child, they MUST stay with you at ALL times.

We will have hold tables/ areas. These areas are reserved for items YOU ARE GOING TO BUY. Bring your own packing materials- there are many breakables for sale. If you purchase an item in which you may require assistance we do ask you to bring help & if we are not busy we will be glad to assist you.

24 HR SECURITY ON PREMISES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR ENTRANCE TO ANYONE ! So ALWAYS be kind to us and other shoppers and have fun finding your new treasures!
