PLEASE NOTE - We accept credit cards over $50 with valid ID. Please bring wrapping material for delicate items as our supplies are limited. If you purchase a piece of furniture you must make arrangements to pick it up before the sale concludes. We will NOT hold items past sale dates and times. We are not responsible for injury or accident while on property. We ask that ALL estate sale shoppers be aware of their actions and handle themselves accordingly while on the premises. PLEASE if you are not responsible while coming to our sales we will refuse service. Be respectful to all neighbors and do not block driveways. We also do not tolerate theft and the police will be called. We love having all of you buyers but you MUST be responsible and respectful to ALL!
