CASH ONLY on purchases under $75.00. All sales final. No refunds or returns. 25% deposit to hold any item while you go to the bank. Local sales tax will be charged on all items unless we are provided with a valid copy of your resale license. You MUST bring your valid California Resale Permit with you, or you WILL be charged tax. NO EXCEPTIONS! We accept all major credit cards on purchases over $75.00. No checks please.

You will be entering the property at your own risk.
NOTE: If you purchase large items or furniture, you must move them. We do not provide movers or assistance moving your items out of the house. We do not lift, load or move heavy items.You must also bring your own tools, hand truck, etc. We do NOT provide tools. Large items may not be moveable until the end of each sale day. Check with us before you purchase. Local delivery may be available after the sale for a fee. We provide some bags and limited amounts of wrapping. Please bring your own boxes.
Mid Century furnishings, lamps and decor. We also have a lift chair, a Rascal scooter and two twin size orthopedic adjustable beds. We have bedroom, office, living room and dining room furniture as well. The garage is full of tools and fishing gear. We have a large selection of vintage clothing , vintage costume jewelry, shoes and furs including French Room Originals by Chandler. The kitchen has Tupperware, cast iron by Wagner and Griswold, small appliances, refrigerator, washer/ dryer, Depression and Federal glass as well as Covina and California pottery. Signed art glass by Zimmerman. We also have a room full of vintage toys and sewing notions including vintage patterns. Every room of the house is full. More info and photos coming soon. Update- Today we discovered a cabinet full of beautiful, vintage linens.
Update- while working in the garage we discovered several boxes of vintage rifle scopes. We have a like-new American made Weaver K10 target scope made in El Paso, Texas, the other scope is a new in the wrapper
Bushnell Banner 4X-12X target scope made in Japan. We have a used Japanese-made Bushnell Scope Chief 4X fixed power scope. The last two scopes are a Bushnell 3X-9X scope made in Japan. These all are 1" tube scopes. They are either new or virtually never used...very clean!
