If someone other than you is picking up your auction purchases, please fill out the authorization form so that we can release your items to your authorized agent.

All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers in default will be charged a 15% re-listing fee based upon their high bid amount. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please bid accordingly.
Many of the items being sold are surplus or store returns. Some might be new in sealed or open packages. Some might not and could be missing components. Most items have not been tested. Please inspect before bidding. It is your (buyer's) responsibility to inspect.
COVID 19 REMOVAL PROCEDURES: Please schedule removal appointment with Auctioneer. A link to schedule your appointment will be added to all winning invoices that are emailed at the conclusion of the Auction. Do not get out of your vehicle unless necessary or if you have large purchases. Our staff will come to your vehicle wearing Protective Equipment and will load your items into your vehicle for you. We will be scheduling appointments every 15 minutes. If you are elderly or have underlying health issues please contact auctioneer to discuss delivery options in the Sacramento Area. The health of our buyers and staff are our greatest concern and are here to make the preview and removal process a safe and orderly process.
