Located in the Sun Lakes gated community. You MUST call or text your name to 714 595-1646 the day before the sale to be admitted. Cash only. All furniture must be loaded by customer and removed from the property by Sunday after purchase.

Just added : a garage full of tools from woodworker/dad including radial arm saw, router, scroll saw, sander, grinder, drills, pivot cordless screwdriver, electric plane, saw horses, shop vac, and over a  hundred hand tools.

Also added Christmas decor ( Mom’s half of the garage) including four trees (3-5’), 8 wreaths, 3foot painted sleigh, and more than a hundred decorative pieces.  Mom also had antiques like Hummels, vintage lamps, braided rugs, china, crystal , pewter and silver. Must see collections to believe both quantity and quality.
