Sun Lakes Country Club Estate Sale

Due to the nature of these sales and the current Covid-19 Pandemic, please review the following guidelines:
- Face masks are required to attend this estate sale, gloves are recommended.
- Social distancing is required, please maintain your distance.
- If you are not feeling well, have been exposed to Covid-19, or are not able to follow CDC Guidelines, please do NOT attend this sale.
- This sale is in a guard gated community. Guests not on the list will be turned away at the gate.
- All sales are final and CASH ONLY – No exceptions.
- All sales are first come, first serve. Some items may have already been sold. We do not “hold” items.
- Prices on items are ONLY available at the sale, we do not give prices over the phone or email.
- All items purchased must be removed at time of purchase, or by the end of the sale unless other arrangements are made in writing.
- Please bring your own help to assist with removing your items, we do not have staff to help. This includes ALL large items. We do NOT load furniture.
- Large personal bags, purses and backpacks are not allowed on the property, please leave them in your vehicle.
- Children MUST be with adults at all times, and please no pets.
- ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK! White Orchid Estate Sales and the homeowner are not responsible for injury or accidents while you attend the sale.
