- This sale is in a gate guarded community. YOU MUST text your name to (909) 815-1058 to be added to the gate list by 5:00 on the day prior to the sale. Guests not on the guest list will be turned away at the gate.
- All sales are final
-Cash, Venmo, and Zelle are the only form of payment accepted
- All sales are first come, first served. We do not have pre-sales or hold items prior to the sale date
- Prices on items are ONLY available at the sale, we do not give prices over the phone or email.
- All items purchased must be removed at time of purchase, or by the end of the sale unless other arrangements are made in writing.
- Please bring your own help to assist with removing your items. This includes ALL large items. We do NOT load furniture. Local delivery is offered for a nominal fee
- No large personal bags, purses or backpacks are allowed on the property, please leave them in your vehicle.
- Children MUST be with adults at all times, and please NO pets.
- ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK! White Orchid Estate Sales and the homeowner are not responsible for injury or accidents while you attend the sale.
