In order to purchase an item you must comment "sold lot # and price" The first person to show on our feed with the correct information will be the buyer of that item. We will email you an invoice and once paid we will schedule you for pick up.

Please bring your own bags/boxes to pack your items. No large purses will be allowed in the home - we have shopping baskets for your convenience. Please bring help to load large items. Grasons Co Estate Specialists and the home owner are not responsible for accidents in or around the home. We charge sales tax. All items must be removed at the close of sale. Sign in sheet will be posted between 6:00-6:30 on first day of the sale only.
