Seller and Grasons Co of Coachella Valley are not liable for any damage and/or injuries to persons and properties in the business or outside the business . Cash, credit/debit cards for purchases over $50. No checks will be accepted. Shopping bags will be provided for your convenience, feel free to bring your own reusable bags. No large purses will be allowed in the business - we have shopping baskets for your convenience. Please bring help to load large items. Grasons Co of Coachella Valley and the homeowner are not responsible for accidents in or around the business. We charge sales tax. All items must be removed at the close of sale. Resale will be accepted only if a physical copy of the license along with a filled out and signed CDTFA-230 form is provided, and the number is verified to still be valid.. Hope to see you there.

Pickers sale with some tagged items. Park on the street and walk to the back building. Be aware this is a dusty, lots of sharp objects and uneven surfaces sale. We are not responsible for accidents or negligence on the property. Wear gloves and clothes you're ok getting a lil dusty. Homeowner still lives in the home still DO NOT APPROACH THE HOME we will have a second sale there when he vacates the property.

WE DO NOT PRE-SELL . WE DO NOT QUOTE PRICES BEFORE THE SALE: We work on multiple homes at the same time and correctly quoting prices is almost impossible.

The sign in sheet will be posted between 7:30 am - 8:00 am on the first day of the sale only. Sign in sheet is on a first come first serve basis. If you somehow find/locate the home before we arrive, homeowner & neighbors prefer that you place a box or bag as a marker and wait in your vehicle for my arrival.
