To Say these are unique pieces is a gross understatement. An armoire from the 1700s, carved leg armchair, chandeliers in every room, a 10ft wrought iron custom made bench... You see? This house is like walking into a museum. Mirrors, leather couches, bar, patio furniture, high-end grill, smoker, etc. There will probably be items in the pictures not for sale as the owners haven't moved yet. With this in mind, please be respectful. This family lived in Compton, Brentwood, and La Mirada. They went to multiple Super Bowls and had Clippers and Lakers season tickets throughout the 80s and 90s. In one of the storage units, there were 8 wardrobe boxes of clothing and at least 2 racks full of women's clothes. African American art. There is a picture of the wife with one of her kids standing with Bill Clinton. If this gives you an idea of what could be here and in their two storages, then you may want to attend this sale. Be aware, there is a pool...please watch your children closely.

This will be held over 2 weekends (yes, 4th of July, too) with the storages brought over for the second week.
