PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN HELP IF YOU ARE GOING TO PURCHASE ANY LARGE/HEAVY ITEMS. WE WILL BRING OUT ITEMS OUT FOR YOU, BUT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING/STRAPPING DOWN ANY ITEMS PURCHASED. FROM THE POINT YOU PURCHASE, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS TO ANY ITEMS.
FURNITURE & LARGER ITEMS THAT ARE HEAVY TO MOVE WILL BE THE ONLY ITEMS THAT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PRE-SELL. ALL OTHER ITEMS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ON THE DATE OF THE SALE.
YOU CANNOT PLACE A BOX OUT TO SAVE YOUR SPOT IN LINE THE DAY BEFORE THE SALE STARTS. THE BOX NEEDS TO BE PLACED THE DAY OF THE ESATE SALE ITSELF. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.

A Grasons Sign in sheet will go out one hour before the commencement of the sale. Any other sheet started will not be honored.

THE MAIN GATE WILL BE OPEN AT 6 AM AND WILL CLOSE AT 4 PM.
