FACE MASKS/SOCIAL DISTANCING: In accordance with local and state guidelines, customers will be required to wear a FACE MASK to attend the estate sale. Customers are also required to practice SOCIAL DISTANCING. Please understand that we will be closely monitoring the number of customers in the estate. We are asking for patience form everyone attending the sale while we implement these rules for the safety of our customers and staff.
No returns or exchanges. All sales are final and all items are sold "AS-IS." Cash and credit/debit cards accepted (minimum $50 charge on credit cards). Please DO NOT bring handbags or any type of bag in the house as they will not be allowed. Please bring boxes.
Items WILL NOT be presold. We strive for a fair and fun sale. We welcome phone calls, emails and text messages regarding general sale questions and/or item specifics. However, we DO NOT give out prices before the sale.
SIGN UP LIST: Will be available starting Wednesday July 15th at 9am on our website www.AnchorEstateSales.com. Once on the website you can click the "Sign Up" link in the upper right hand corner. On mobile devices, use the menu button to find the "Sign Up" page. FOR COUPLES ATTENDING THE SALE PLEASE SIGN UP/REGISTER SEPARATELY.
WHERE AM I IN LINE?: Please return to the website and click the link to see where you fall in line. This link will be available to view on Thursday July 16th at 9am.
ADDRESS: Will be posted on the sale page and the Sign Up banner on the homepage of the website on Thursday, July 16th at 9am.
You DO NOT need to be on the sign-up list to attend our sale. The list is used to organize the initial rush of customers at the beginning of the sale.

ESTATE SALE DATES:
Please take note of the sale dates below. In order to decrease the number of shoppers we are opening the doors a day earlier for those buyers interested in select items. Please contact me via PHONE or EMAIL if you are interested in coming to purchase the items that are available on Thursday. These items include the Native American baskets, Persian carpets and the scale model cars. Everything else, including any items that are unsold on Thursday, will be available the rest of the estate sale weekend as usual.
July 16th: 12pm - 4pm (Native American baskets, Persian carpets, scale model cars ONLY!)
July 17th: 9am - 5pm (everything offered including any items unsold on Thursday)
July 18th: 10am - 5pm (everything offered including any items unsold on Thursday)
July 19th: 10am - 4pm (everything offered including any items unsold on Thursday)
Join us for an amazing sale in Berkeley, CA! We are pleased to be offering a wide variety of antiques and collectibles at this sale. Notable items include several Native American baskets dating back to the 19th century, various hand made antique Persian carpets - many from the early 1900's, a scale model car collection that includes hand built Ferrari's and rare 1:43 Motor City hearses.
