Well Read and Fed Berkeley Estate Sale

Hello! We are BACK! Estate Liquidation is an essential business in the state of California during the Coronavirus Shelter in Place Order. This means we are not encouraging crowds to protect our customers and ourselves. We will have limited occupancy, we'd like to guarantee you at least 10' social distancing, not just the usual 6'! So, you very likely will be waiting to get in, just like at the local Trader Joe or Ace Hardware! Do not bring parties of more than 2 or you may need to take turns coming in. We may be stricter than others conducting estate sales when it comes to how many can be in the house at once.

You will need to WEAR A MASK for entry into the estate. And, we will provide gloves. If you cannot agree to wear gloves and a mask, you cannot enter the estate. You will also need to sign the California Realtors Association "California Property Entry Advisory and Declaration (PEAD) Form before entering estate (you can google that). If that all sounds good, we will be very happy to see all of our "regulars" and perhaps some new customers as well! We've miss you all!
