Berkeley Estate Sale this Friday & Saturday.
Our next on site estate sale will be in Berkeley, CA.
This sale will take place on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, August 29, 30, and 31, 2014.
The hours of sale and discount schedule will be as follows:
Friday, 8/29, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (All prices are firm)
Saturday, 8/30, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (30% off all items)
Sunday, 8/31, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (50% off all items)

Near the corner of Claremont Avenue and Tanglewood Road, very close to the North side of the Claremont Hotel.
Please do not block neighbors driveways. Do not pull into the private driveway. Make sure you park legally and that there is enough room for a fire truck pass through. It's the law. Anyone parked illegally will be ticketed and towed.

Methods of payment: Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Check if we know you well. Cash will expedite the payment process.
Remember that sales tax will be collected if you do not provide a valid California Resale Permit Number. The sales tax rate is 9% in Berkeley.
We will try and open a little early if there are many people waiting outside and our staff is ready.
No early sales. (Meaning not before we open on Friday morning.)
First come first serve.
Please bring help if you plan to buy large furniture. Bring furniture pads (blankets) too. Also, please bring your own shopping bags/boxes. We do not have ANY!
Please do not remove price tags from any items. If you wish to buy an item place a “sold “ sticker (with your name and telephone number on it) to the desired item. All sold stickers must have a telephone number, if they do not, the item will not be considered sold. Do not put a sold sticker on any item that you are not 100% sure about buying.
Please remember that all items are sold as-is with no returns. We are a true estate liquidation company and have no way to credit or reimburse customers as the estates are paid immediately after the sale.
Do not disturb residence before sale. Please wait out front and do not enter back yard before sale. There will be a night watchman sleeping in the house. Please do not disturb him or ask him questions.
All items of high value removed from premises and brought back morning of sale.
