Hello! We are BACK! Estate Liquidation is an essential business in the state of California during the Coronavirus Shelter in Place Order. This means we are not encouraging crowds to protect our customers and ourselves. We will have limited occupancy, we'd like to guarantee you at least 10' social distancing, not just the usual 6'! So, you may be waiting to get in, just like at the local Trader Joe or Ace Hardware! Do not bring parties of more than 3 or you may need to be patient in taking turns coming in. We may be stricter than others conducting estate sales when it comes to how many can be in the house at once.

You will need to WEAR A MASK for entry into the estate. And, we will provide gloves. If you cannot agree to wear gloves and a mask, you cannot enter the estate. You will also need to sign a Form before entering estate. If that all sounds good, we will be very happy to see all of our "regulars" and perhaps some new customers as well!

Greetings! Boys and Girls, we've got a fun one for you! Need antique child's school desks with inkwells for some home schooling? Serious collector of antique military toys and dollhouse with furniture too.

Everything Irish from Belleek and linens, to beer steins.

This extended family saved everything written, fun, and political. 1000+ books to peruse through (mostly US and world history, politics, presidents, Kennedy, mysteries, novels, etc), lots of magazines and political buttons from the different ages that capture the politics of the time, and even more magazines and newspapers. There's even politically incorrect Harpers Magazines from the 1860s. There's also posters to go with all of this political madness.

Aside from a heavy emphasis on politics and Ireland, there is lots of US Army and Navy items (e.g., clothing, toy trucks and military toys). They were coin collectors too!

Fun antiques and collectibles: Old phones, copper washer tub, Miners' lantern and drinking gourd, children's toys, model cars, American Flyer Trains, Disney glasses, vintage adding machine....

Wonderful furniture back from the day: Rolltop desk, Duncan Phyfe Secretary bookcase, antique dining and kitchen tables with chairs, plus lovely dining hutch and gateway table, large solid wood bookcase cabinet, bistro patio table with chairs, persian rugs, danish style queen bed frame, daybed/trundle bed, Scandinavian Design bookcase, dressers, marble top end table cabinet, mid century modern tall wicker shelf.

Newer and Practical furniture: Lovely custom-made sofa, patio furniture and plants, pots, file cabinet, leather office chair, indoor and outdoor storage trunks and bins, pallets, TV cabinet.

For the athletic? Rower, weight set and bench, Oakland A's, Giants, and even the Phillies souvenirs and clothing...

There is also both men's and women's clothing, complete with a nice tie collection and lots of hats and visors for men, and accessories for women.

Bed and table linens, Dyson vacuum, office supplies, holiday decor, sundries, some sewing notions, lots of stuffed animals, framed pictures and sculptures, kitchenware, set of China, barware, pottery, household, tools and gardening, ladder, hubcaps, postcards, games, etc.

Hope to see you there! We will be there three days this weekend (Saturday to an abbreviated Monday), then back next weekend as well.
