Hello! We are BACK! Estate Liquidation is an essential business in the state of California during the Coronavirus Shelter in Place Order. This means we are not encouraging crowds to protect our customers and ourselves. We will have limited occupancy, we'd like to guarantee you at least 10' social distancing, not just the usual 6'! So, you may be waiting to get in, just like at the local Trader Joe or Ace Hardware! Do not bring parties of more than 3 or you may need to be patient in taking turns coming in. We may be stricter than others conducting estate sales when it comes to how many can be in the house at once.

You will need to WEAR A MASK for entry into the estate. And, we will provide gloves. If you cannot agree to wear gloves and a mask, you cannot enter the estate. You will also need to sign a Form before entering estate. If that all sounds good, we will be very happy to see all of our "regulars" and perhaps some new customers as well!

Greetings! Berkeley Psychotherapist with refined taste in art, music, books, model cars, and women has lots of belongings that need to find new homes. Fine Art: he painted or sketched himself, some of which is for sale, as well as some nice vintage Vargus and prints, masks, figurines. Music: extensive CD collection (jazz, classical, rock, folk, etc) LPS (classical and rock mostly), Tivoli Radio, stereo equipment (including Bose speakers (not available for pickup until end of sale), Blue Ridge BR-OS Acoustic guitar modeled after the Martin D18, Books: Freud, psychotherapy, therapy, art, erotica, exercise, gardening, ballet, novels, etc.), Model Cars of the fifties, and Women: Japanese Anime, paintings, prints, nudes.

His estate also has lots of nice furniture, both antique and more modern day: Antiques: Bedroom dressers and nightstands, armoire, floor mirror, rolltop secretary, glass bookcase; Novelty pieces: Slate table, very long sideboard, Solid wood Rustic Dining Table and chairs; patio furniture including a table with built-in bbq pit; Modern Day: Desks, file cabinets, office chairs, bookcases, shelving, Restoration Hardware armchair, other chairs...

Then, there's all of the more practical "stuff:" Refrigerator, Kitchenware, barware, bed linens and sundries, office supplies, art supplies, men's clothing and accessories, a weight set, tools (both smaller and larger radial arm and miter saw), gardening, household, ....(look at all the pictures)

We'll be open Friday to Saturday, 10-4. Still need to wear your masks and put gloves on when you arrive. Hope to see you there!
