ESTATE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS COMPLETELY
FACE MASKS/SOCIAL DISTANCING: In accordance with local and state guidelines, customers will be required to wear a FACE MASK to attend the estate sale. Customers are also required to practice SOCIAL DISTANCING. We are asking for patience from everyone attending the sale while we implement these rules for the safety of our customers and staff.
No returns or exchanges. All sales are final and all items are sold "AS-IS." Cash and credit/debit cards accepted (minimum $50 charge on credit cards). Please DO NOT bring handbags or any type of bag in the house as they will not be allowed. Please bring boxes.
Items WILL NOT be presold. We strive for a fair and fun sale. We welcome phone calls, emails and text messages regarding general sale questions and/or item specifics. However, we DO NOT give out prices before the sale.
SIGN UP/APPOINTMENT: Will be available starting Wednesday Sep 23nd at 9am on our website. Once on the website you can click the "Sign Up" link in the upper right hand corner. Please navigate through the menu tab on mobile devices. I will contact you after you sign up in order to set up an appointment. Please don't forget to include your phone number.
ADDRESS: You must sign-up so we can contact you to set up an appointment and provide the address.
You MUST sign-up in order for me to contact you to set up an appointment. Appointments will be for 30 mins and may overlap briefly with other customers. If you can’t make it in person we can do a virtual/phone appointment.
Please be advised that this is a “BY APPOINTMENT ONLY” sale. We are offering virtual/phone appointments as well. Regardless of whether you’d like to come in person or have an appointment over the phone you must still sign up so we can pencil you in.

- We will be contacting each person who signs up to schedule an appointment.
The owner of this small but beautiful estate was an avid collector of Native American weavings and pottery, traveling quite frequently to the Santa Fe Indian Market to purchase these pieces and to support the areas local artists. He updated his home over the years with custom Berkeley Mills furniture, MCM furniture, various pieces of original art and many, many beautiful plants. Oh, he liked jazz music as well! We are honored to be offering his items for sale to the local Berkeley community and surrounding communities. Please read the detailed descriptions below and don't forget to check out the photos.
