Tucked away off of Benedict Canyon is this lovely 5000 square foot home.

Family is downsizing and practically selling to the bare walls. We will be selling furniture, art, copper and brass, glass and glassware, fine imported bone china, large collections of nice books, antiques, YSL mink jacket, name brand ladies clothing, selection of sterling silver and ladies jewelry, sculptures, pots and potted plants, home and decorative accessories, kitchen and bar ware, washer and dryer, men’s clothing, records, electronics, piano, large section of picture frames, books, lighting, linens and much more. We will not be doing a list or numbers. This will be first come first allowed in the door. Family is still in residence please be respectful and not ring bell.

Parking is limited in the area. Please get there early to find a spot.
