THE PRICES OF MOST OF THE FURNITURE, FURNISHINGS & DESIGNER/DECORATOR ITEMS WILL BE REDUCED 50% OR MORE. THERE WILL BE "FAIR MARKET" RESERVES ON MANY OF THE ARTWORKS. DEALS WILL BE MADE TO GET EVERYTHING SOLD. SATURDAY WILL BE THE DAY TO BUY GREAT STUFF AT BARGAIN PRICES.
This is a double-gated very security conscious community of high profile people who value their safety & privacy. You will need instructions as to how to get into the community, where to park and how to enter the residence.
