Very High End Beverly Hills Estate Sale (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY)

Thank you for browsing our sale. This will take place, by appointment only, on September 21-24. We will be looking to book appointments for those 4 days, and we are going to be VERY specific on who will we receiving an appointment. We are looking to sell the Very high-End furnishings and Outdoor Décor and Statues during this appointment period. We might ask what you are interested in. We will be refusing Lookie loos. We are looking for serious buyers. Our scheduling will be extremely limited the first 4 days, but don’t worry. The following weekend we will have a second sale, and that will be open to the public.

So here is how to get an appointment.

DO NOT CALL US, PLEASE TEXT US AT 310-880-3249 with your requests. We will be accepting requests starting on September 12th at 9a. Please be specific with what you are interested in. We will call you back and potentially schedule an appointment for you. Appointments will be limited to 2 guests per appointment. Please refrain from bringing pets and children to this initial phase. Please text during normal business hours 9a-7p. Any potential questions regarding items at this sale can be made to milliondsale@gmail.com

We will not be offering any Asian décor or artwork for our appointment phase. Those items will be available during the public sale on Sept 30-Oct 1.

Now to the sale: The entire home is filled with uber high end furnishings, décor, and artwork. Not to mention Outdoor Décor and furniture that is to die for.

This is in a very exclusive area of Beverly Hills. Please do understand that due to the price point of this home, and the pricing of the furnishings, we will require a licensed and bonded moving company to remove any item(s) purchased that you cannot remove yourself. We also will not be able to assist in any removal of any item purchased. Thank you for understanding.

This is a Sale that will accept All forms of Credit Cards (with additional signed credit card authorization over $10,000) Cash, and Zelle. Any credit card transaction will accompany a 3% adjustment to cover bank fees from our credit card processor. We ask that items purchased are removed as soon as possible, but we do have a small time block to extend if needed.
