(Special Note ) : Due to the size of this estate sale we will have two professional movers on the property both days for the sale. You can hire them to move your larger items and furniture. You sub-contract and deal the moving price with them separately from the estate. We don't have the staff to move.

The owners of this fine estate were very active in the community and with local and national charities. Their contributions to Southern California gave them the social status and the spot light they deserved. The man of the house was a prominent surgeon and worked in the elite health care systems throughout the city, taking care of movie stars and prominent business moguls. He was truly an innovator and always on the cutting edge in his medical field. The lady of the house was a well known leader working in the community for educational excellence. She was a true diplomat of real change and progress that was the essence of this wonderful lady.

The previous owners were business entrepreneurs and friends with many of the Hollywood elite and entertainers. The famous English Director Alfred Hitchcock lived in this house for a while when he was in town working on films and television. He stayed there while he was working on one of his most famous movies “ Psycho “ starring Anthony Perkins.
